Payment Policy & Secure Checkout - TKTX Cream Direct UK

Payments are processed securely through Square. All prices are shown in GBP with no extra checkout fees.

We supply TKTX creams and sprays from our UK base, with same-day dispatch on eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

1. Accepted Payment Methods

TKTX Cream Direct is operated by Legacy Ink Supplies Ltd. At checkout we accept:

• Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed securely by Square.

• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay, where supported by your device and browser.

We do not currently offer Buy Now, Pay Later or bank transfer payments.

Encrypted Connection: Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption, so data sent between your browser and our checkout is encrypted.
Square Payment Processing: Card details are entered into and processed by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider.
Card Authentication: Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment (for example via 3D Secure, a one-time passcode or your banking app).
No Card Storage: We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates or CVV codes on our servers.

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP, £). The price shown at checkout is the total you pay for your items, plus any delivery charge shown before you pay.
We do not add hidden checkout or card processing fees.

Payment Capture: Your payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout.
Order Confirmation: An order confirmation email with your order details is sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

In accordance with our 14-day return policy for unopened, tamper-sealed products:

Processing Window: Once an approved return is inspected at our facility, your refund is initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
Bank Clearance: Depending on your bank or card issuer (e.g., Barclays, HSBC, Monzo, NatWest), funds typically credit your statement within 3 to 5 business days.
